“scrapped after Dave Navarro and Perry Farrell duked it out onstage in Boston over the weekend.”
That and the headline makes it seem they were both swinging punches at each other. Did I miss something watching that video?

Yeah, that definitely wasn’t “duking” it out. Perry pitched some fit and attempted to go at Dave and Dave basically pushed him away.

Same story since the early 90s. What else is new? This band never had the proper chance to take their rightful place as the true Gods of Alt Rock.
They did it to themselves. Heroin a hell of a drug.

Well no duh Dave Navarro blames Perry. If I was just minding my own business and doing and my lead singer tried to start a fight I’d be pretty peeved too.
I saw that Perry’s wife was trying to explain his actions but ma’am, we don’t need excuses.

I didn’t know he was in a band i thought he just judged tattoos

Poor Dave. He didn’t fight, he did a great job keeping calm and safe actually. I hate all the headlines about him.

The band will breakup I think, too.
It sucks for the fans.

This is going to ruin the tour.

Bullshit headline. The video is out there. Dave maintained his space and let security deal with it.

Seems like an ominous warning about the Oasis reunion.

This headline is misleading . Dave held out his arm to keep Perry from hitting him. As soon as another band member came to help, he took off his guitar, and walked away. Dave did not participate in a fight. People are commenting all over that they saw them on this tour and Perry was messing up the lyrics and slurring pretty badly. I feel for all of the band members who put their time and energy into this tour just to watch it end this way. I hope Perry gets the help he needs.

this really did ruin the tour.

Imagine telling someone 25 years ago that Dave Navarro would become a regular on Fox News lmao

Perry needs some serious help. IDK if it’s substance abuse or mental health or cognitive issues but he is declining rapidly. It’s very sad to see. Last Tuesday’s show in NYC was embarrassing and sad.

This is why I prefer tribute bands. These people show up high out of their minds, or decide to have their disagreements for the public to witness a fist fight. They’re not worth the price, nor the headache that getting tickets is these days.
