He is probably a lot similar to Timothy Olyphant: a very handsome man, got famous for playing a gruff outlaw rogue badboy in a hit basic cable show but unable to find the right material to click after that: tried movie blockbusters, didn’t stick, became part of Guy Ritchie’s ensemble for a couple of movies, popped up here and there in smaller roles, did a TV show for Apple that had been in development hell for 2 decades. Where Olyphant differs is that he took swings with his image, popped up in some comedies here and there, and was also not afraid to play second fiddle in ensembles like he did in some movies and TV shows post Justified and became a go to, in demand supporting player who also has the chops to lead when needed.
