      So having seen this, I hate to say it but it just does not work as a movie at all really. Fun for a bit and a cool concept but it’s been done so much better so many times in recent memory.

      I guess someone had to test out if viral Adult swim sketches could work as a viable commercial product. Imagine what the industry would do to ride the coat tails of this if it performed well at theatres?

      Also: can all the people with complaints about accents use their media literacy and understand that may be part of what they are going for?

      I like to think “Tests the limits of taste” was meant as a derogatory remark but it was a compliment to the creators.

      Saw this at Sundance. Might just be that Dutch humor is different from my own sensibilities, but I found this to be a tremendously annoying experience. Just did not work for me, but I feel like for some people out there this will hit

      Has anyone from the Netherlands seen this already? It released there in May earlier this year, and reviews have not been good.

      I honestly had no idea that Alicia Silverstone was still acting. I thought she had moved into producing or something a long time ago.

      I just checked her filmography and she actually has a lot of recent credits, but they all passed me by.

      The text of the reviews really don’t look good.

      Most of those snippets sound like they were clipped out of context from scathing reviews.

      I don’t know what people are on about in these comments, this looks terrible. The trailer and pull quotes were cringey as fuck. This seems like its gonna be a lot of gross out for gross out sakes.

      If you really like things like Too Many Cooks, Unedited Footage of a Bear, etc. and you *can’t see the difference between those things and this*, eh, maybe you will like the movie then I guess.
