  1. > Jackson’s comment came when she was asked for her opinion about the upcoming U.S. presidential election and the possibility that the country will elect its first Black woman to the office.

    > “Well, you know what they supposedly said? She’s not black. That’s what I heard. That she’s Indian,” Jackson said.

    > After the interviewer clarified that Harris is biracial, Jackson added, “Her father’s white. That’s what I was told. I mean, I haven’t watched the news in a few days. I was told that they discovered her father was white.”

  2. Janet was probably just about due for a little resurgence after that whole Super Bowl thing.
    But this probably won’t help.
(I know the Super Bowl thing really wasn’t just her fault and it wasn’t fair, but do you really want to be repeating stuff about the President being Indian? Just say “yes, it will be great”

  3. We’ve got Ja Rule on the phone, let’s see what Ja’s thoughts are, too.

Harris’ race shouldn’t even matter, but what matters even less is the political opinion of anybody, celebrity or not, who just spouts baseless claims they were “told”.

  4. Wow— ‘they said her father was white’. Rich, worldly, a mother—and she ‘heard’ ‘they said’ She is just in her own millionaire bubble! She resides in the UK so she couldn’t care less if this country reverts back to the 1800’s! Better if she had not said a word than to speak such ignorance and cluelessness! Sad!
