I call bullshit, the man is a proven liar who is an egomaniac obsessed with power and punishing his political opponents so he won’t let go of any of it willingly. He uses his MAGA platform and the power he has on the republican establishment to grandstand and grift his gullible followers and there is no way in hell he is letting go of either of those without a fight or drastic changes at party level. He is also using it to avoid being convicted and sentenced to prison so I will believe it when I see it!
