My money is that he is Brainiac and this will be a sequel tease.
It’s easy to guess him playing a silly character but this being the 1st DCU film and Tudyk’s role is a SECRET…I think it’ll be the big one.

He’s already the voice of Doctor Phosphorus in Creature Commandos (start of the DCU), so there’s a chance he’s making the jump to live-action. Gunn said the same actors would play the same characters in animation and live-action.
