And that is, you know, if there’s six inches of moving water, it can knock you down. If there’s a foot of water, it can sweep away your car.”
I really hope if I’m ever in this position that someone also does the wrong thing and saves me from an awful drowning death while I’m panicking the right way

Kudos to the weather reporter. Water was above her doors and window, so she was in panic mode.
