Update on Joker: Folie à Deux ticket sales. They are roughly in the range of Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny and The Flash at the same point. Looking an opening in the $55m-$65m range at this point.

I don’t see how they’re getting this. Using the IM of the first movie, $55-65M requires $7.6-$9M in previews, which his decently above what it’s tracking right now.
It’s looking like $6.5-7M previews. The IM of the first one gives us $47-51M

Anyone actually think Joker 2 Opening 50 Million will be worse than Marvels opening 46 Million?
Captain Marvel Wasn’t a Great movie so the intrest in the Sequel will going to be much less unless it Received some masterpiece type of reviews (it didn’t happen)
Joker 1 was considered one of the best comic book movie by so many people so there has to be some hype atleast? It’s not there
Joker has also much bigger cast Lady Gaga alone bigger than anyone in the Marvels and 2 of the Marvels lead from lowest Rated Disney+ Series
