Surely she must be trolling at this point. THESE are the pics she uses to promote haircare? Her hair looks fried af.

  2. I’m not sure what the all-in-wONEder pot is supposed to do, but it’s obviously not doing anything for her hair. This is anti-advertising at this point.

  3. It’s giving frizzy frumpled hair after a windy London day and the first pic is like the before pic of a hair damage repair shampoo before/after showcase (sad face included)

  4. Is this a joke? Is she handling the marketing strategy entirely by herself? Even down to the copywriting…this is all fascinating.

  5. I don’t understand how pictures of her heat-fried dry hair is supposed to convince millions to buy her product like girl you are too rich to have hair in this condition

She shouldn’t be advertising hair care products when her hair looks like it’s never even seen a hairbrush

  7. This was meant to be an advert for a hair product? I thought it was for make-up (since the hair looks a bit ratty). Eesh.

I’m so confused. Is this supposed to be the “before” picture? Is she trying to say that the haircare makes hair look good even if it is not brushed? Cause it doesn’t

  9. What, in her mind, does she thinks????
Is this some kind of « white privileges » and she doesn’t even SEE what is wrong ?

  10. Turning off insta comments is rarely a good look when you’re trying to promote a product. Especially given how bad the reviews have been.
Also, her hair looks a mess.
