The people tracking on BOT are very positive about it. They think 70-80M opening. The Venom Audience are not much for preorders.
The venom movies are more walk-up heavy so hopefully things can pick up

I know some new people here are not used to trackings. There’s a difference between 1st day vs 1st and t-23 vs t-23.
The tracker is making pretty clear that he’s comparing Venom t-23 with the other movies t23, this is why he says it’s not a bad start.
Remember, at t-23 Joker had 7 days of pre sales. So what this means? It means that Venom sold in 12 hours 73% as much as joker sold in SEVEN days.
So be aware this is not a comparison of first day of Venom sales and other movies first day of sales.
