I love this trope.
Some examples:-
- The Matrix – Lots of Guns Holy Cow, what don't they have?
These ones have Secret Weapons Storage
- GI Joe Retaliation General Joseph Colton's House.
- John Wick: Chapter 2 – The Weapons Sommelier provides "tastings"
- Men in Black 2 – Weapons Room in some poor civilian's home
- Kingsman: The Secret Service – Weapons Cache has spy weapons!

*”Soldiers deserve Soldiers, Sir.”*
Todd (Kurt Russell) arming himself in *Soldier* after killing the first wave of enemies.
For the first time in a long time, he looks damn near **comfortable**. Back in his element… cool and meticulous as he takes stock and prepares the guns, explosives and knives now at his disposal.

I’m not sure if it counts, but the illegal weapons scene in Hot Fuzz is my favourite scene where there’s storage of weapons. Including a sea mine.

Beverly Hills Cop (or was it BHC2?) – Rosewood’s bedroom with all the guns hanging on the wall.
I immediately think of Boondock Saints.
I always liked Jane Smith’s [hidden weapons in the oven](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mpkU_MOZ0Gg) in **Mr & Mrs Smith** (2005)

Terminator 2 is the best one I can think of. When they’re in the underground weapons cache and there’s all kinds of firearms and explosives.
[Split Second (1992)](https://youtu.be/hH69ZrCmgm8?si=lOM4Y2TmjXRoqH7_&t=92) when Rutger Hauer and his partner go to the police armory to pick up ‘BIG FUCKING GUNS.’ to deal with a monster in an overflooded London.
[Taxi Driver (1976)](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8KGyegBDhS4) when Travis buys a .44 Magnum from traveling salesman Easy Andy.
The beginning of Escape from New York/L.A., where Lee Van Cleef/Stacy Keach are showing the arsenal to Kurt Russell.

John Wick 2
The Accountant
Recently saw Mercenaries from Hong Kong, which had a good one: https://youtu.be/lL6PUfNYs1o?si=IDXzb4uLxvxtxRDA
Men in Black
“Noisy Cricket”
Deadpool and Wolverine has a great suit-up scene
I don’t know if it counts.
But for me it is John Wick getting his equipment out of his cellar while Viggo gives the audience a hint who John Wick really is.
Every beat with the sledgehammer, you feel the sheer rage growing in Wick. It’s amazing what Keanu Reeves can do when he does not need to talk.
Hot Shots: Part Deux!
Tango and Cash!
virtually every James Bond movie.
[My favorite is from “Goldeneye”](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=15RZEbeGxTY)
Not really a loading up scene, but there is this old B movie with Rutger Hauer where he is a cop who finds out they’re facing either a demon or the actual devil. It’s in a future where chocolate has been outlawed as a drug and he plays the maverick old cop who is stuck with a by the book new guy.
Once the new guy understands the depth of shit they are in he goes on a rant about, “We need guns…big guns…big FUCKING guns” after giving him time to finish Hauer’s character starts to leave and the other asks where he’s going. He shoves a piece of chocolate in the guy’s mouth and tells him, “To get some big guns”.
Joel Schumacher Batman suit-up scenes. The shots linger slightly on the butts, and he makes sure you get a good view of the nipples on the suits.

Evil Dead 2 or Army of Darkness have some
Solid ones.
