(Ones that haven't yet had a biopic made about them, obviously.)

People on this subreddit, presumably, are from all the different walks of life, and have a wide variety of interests and hobbies and such.

As such, you have probably stumbled upon some person or people, either in history or still alive, whose life story fascinated you. And maybe you would have wanted to see a biopic on that person, but such was never made.

My example is a name that is rather well-known in the football (soccer) world: Jean-Marc Bosman, a former Belgian footballer whose desire to switch clubs back in 1990 kickstarted a chain of events that led to the Bosman ruling, decided in 1995, which was the main factor in shaping the football world into what it is today.

Which people in history are these for you?

  1. Nancy Grace! Just so I can see what a demonic creature being summoned to earth would look like.

I mean there hasn’t really been a stellar biopic of Leonardo Da Vinci, and you could probably make a reasonable argument for him being the most impressive person who’s ever lived (when taking into account the different metrics you might measure that by).

Seriously….if you ever feel like you’re an overachiever, take a skim through his Wikipedia page and be brought swiftly back down to the ground lol.

Pro Wrestler Mick Foley. You don’t need to be a fan of wrestling to enjoy his story.

Zora Neale Hurston. A writer who studied anthropology and was involved with the cultural zeitgeist during the Harlem Renaissance. She wrote a number of books but my favorite is *Their Eyes Are Watching God*, which is, in my opinion, one of the most beautifully written American novels. She was an incandescent talent who ended up working as a housekeeper in her later years and was buried in a pauper’s grave. It would be a sad movie. But I’d like to understand more how this talented woman who hobnobbed with celebrities and who had some measure of fame herself ended up in poverty in her later years. Also, I’d just like more people to know about her and her books.
