I kind of want her to win just so she has to confront her whole “I don’t even want to win” nonsense.

Why did she submit her work if she was hoping she doesn’t win any Grammys🙃

  3. Which songs did she submit for song and record of the year?

Edit: Wow sorry for making a simple mistake.

I think she has a fair chance on winning despite all the “drama” surrounding her. She could win with best engineered album and best new artist.

However, Grammys are scummy and don’t really reflect an artists potential or artistry. Some artists who have been in the industry longer and are very influential have yet to win one.

The Grammys never give the best artist in each category the win. So, I doubt she will win. Out of all the major award competitions for media, the Grammys is the most baffling to me. See: the Beck/Beyonce controversy of 2014

For someone who says she doesn’t want fame, why do I keep seeing and hearing about her everywhere.

Does she think we’re all idiots?

  7. Awful music. People must be hard of hearing if they consider that noise Grammy worthy.

  8. She had a great year professionally, and I doubt most of the Academy follows Pop Flop Tingz or whatever. She’ll get at least three noms.

I think her best chance at winning would be in the “Best New Artist” category. I’d say it was an easy shoe-in if not for Sabrina Carpenter competing in that same category.

I loveee Good Luck, Babe but I can’t see it winning SOTY/ROTY as there’s just so much competition this year. however I would be happy to be proven wrong

  10. Didn’t the album come out over a year ago? I’m sure I saw posts for it’s anniversary recently

  11. I think she’s going to win Best New Artist, Best Pop Solo performance, and Best Pop Vocal album.

She’d probably get the best new artist nomination. If the average grammy voter only knows about her from the mainstream news, you’d think she’s the next big thing and is having a wonderful year with the newfound fame, she’d probably win.

She could become the next Cher, but this also could end in despair. I just recently discovered her music, I really like her vibe.

  14. I really really love her music, but I dunno, there’s just something about her I’m not vibing with. I would love to see her win something, though. She definitely deserves it

She’s a narcissistic person from what I’ve seen. There no talent worth hearing of from her.

  16. Interesting pop culture facts: only three artists have swept the “big four” Grammy categories (best new artist, song of the year, record of the year and album of the year). Can y’all guess?

    >!Christopher Cross for “Sailing” and “Christopher Cross” (1981)!<
    >!Adele for “Rolling in the Deep” and “21” (2012)!<
    >!Billie Eilish for “Bad Guy” and “When we all fall asleep where do we go” (2020)!<

  17. I think her strongest shot is Best New Artist! I’m hoping for Not Like Us for song of the year birds of a feather or espresso for record of the year. Chappell’s had a huge year but so have a lot of other artists.
