I just run into this one and just hit me. LOTR is such a rare thing… i am not sure how to call it… an incredible author writting an incredible series of books, so original in story and so complex in all aspects… years later, a huge fan fought to be the one creating the movies (not chosen like most of the time happens)… and everything else, from actor choices (nice stories) to music and even moments chosen for release, aligned to become this… l would say masterpiece, but I am afraid it does not properly define it.
I read LOTR years before the movies were released. But when I saw them it was like all that I had imagined in my head while reading the books just materialised in front of my eyes.
So, back to the initial idea. How a rare fenomenon this has to be.
Anyway, it is a video worth watching. It is a deep dive into the soul of LOTR.
