  1. Remember when Stephen King movies where automatically good? I wish sum dipshit would tell me movies are doing fine now

It honestly needs to be. When I saw a sub 2 hour run time instead of an actual series adaptation, I knew it wasn’t going to be good. I was still totally unprepared for how jarring the pace would be and how dull and uninteresting the characters are without proper time to breathe before the vampire plot kicks off and runs non-stop for the rest of the film.

It was a pretty decent vampire flick, and a terrible dogshit King adaptation.

  3. That explains a lot. I wondered what happened to the daytime scenes. I just assumed they all just went for a nap or something.

  4. I watched this for 20 minutes and realized it may have been one of the worst movies ive seen in recent times. The acting and editing alone was appalling

I thought it was entertaining but it definitely rushed the story. Would have been a great series.

  6. They’ve known for 6 months that they were going direct to streaming, where its super easy for the viewer to hit pause and comeback later. Why wouldn’t they just go ahead and do that?
