The second movie was bad enough I don’t think we need a third

Hollywood is bereft of original ideas that another installment (or cinematic universe) is about guaranteed

You’re telling me that if Keanu and Sandra walked into the studios office and said we want to do Speed 3, any studio head wouldn’t greenlight that immediately?
Make it about Jack and Annie rekindling their love as someone has put a bomb on an international flight or a high speed train that they are passengers on and watch the money flood in.

I mean, who could blame them? Speed 2 was such a giant flop back then. I do wonder if it would have made more money had Keanu Reeves done the movie. Back then, Keanu was huge and definitely a big reason why the first movie made so much money. Like, Jason Patric who?

I would watch it. I’m a sucker for both of them and watch almost everything they appear in.

How can she say that! Hollywood has been rebooting or remaking movies for past better decade.

Who’s brave enough to make a John Wick Speed crossover event.

They could go ultra-low budget; just two actors in a Tesla. No villain or bomb, just two former lovers trying to escape a regular Cybertruck before it explodes.
