It’s a good song but it gets so overplayed for months before Christmas that it’s easy to get annoyed by it. In the last couple years I’ve been doing my own little challenge of how long I can go without hearing it before Christmas by avoiding malls, listening to my own music on headphones when out and about, no radio in the car and so on. Last year I made it till 23rd of December and my brother ruined it when he turned on the radio while we went to all the shops in the area in search for cinnamon sticks. They were sold out smh.
