  1. …andrew garfield movies are for a specific type of person…Hacksaw Ridge taught me that.

Guy gets hurt, Meets woman while hurt, fall in love, issue with love, angry at each other, fall back in love. Now all I need is the movie described as a “coming of age” story

  3. If I’m being completely honest with myself, the relative blandness of the teased story is outweighed by my desire to see these two beautiful people have pretend sex on screen.

Not to be annoyingly cynical, but was the whole “carousel horse” thing that Andrew Garfield keeps pretending to laugh at in interviews actually just a very shrewd form of marketing? Like they knew this movie might be a tough sell in today’s climate so they added a wacky horse to a poster, knowing they could game social media for reactions?

Anyway, truly fascinating to me that anyone feels strongly enough about this topic one way or another to down vote it.

  5. Like everyone says, I’m sure it’s generic, but I like these two actors, especially Flo-Pew and I’d definitely check it out. Been watching more films like this lately anyway

  6. I have a real hard time with Andrew Garfield. I just can’t see him as anything but a theatre kid pretending to act. I never buy in to him as a real person

  7. This feels like it’ll be a The Holdovers kind of situation. Incredibly generic premise, but done with so much authenticity that it feels this is the original

I’m always annoyed when the names don’t match up with the actors. I know about who gets top billing blah blah blah, but with this poster there’s no excuse.
