They should throw money at him and Andrew Garfield or Tom Holland for a Spider-Man vs. Venom film.

What are the chances Venom 3 makes more than $400M?

What’s the relation between Kraven success and Sony “throwing money” to Tom Hardy so he can make another Venom sequel?
Tbh Tom Hardy is already earning loads of money with ‘Venom The Last Dance’, it’s getting 20 million salary plus participation in the profits, around 5% of Venom profits. Just as a comparison Ryan Gosling and Margot Robbie were payed 12.5 million to play their rolls (before their participation in the movie profits).

Well no, Sony knows Kraven will flop. Movie studios aren’t stupid, they have to plan ahead in order to survive. They already know the SUMC is over, or else El Muerto or other movies would have plans. The reason Sony said Madame Webb is in another universe, with no postcredit scene, is that they know it’s over and the studio is making other plans and that advertising non-coming sequels is bad for business (looking at you DCEU). The market has killed this weak franchise.

There won’t be a Venom 4, though I’m sure they’ll be inserting his character in their other movies

>*if* Kraven flops
I think it would be more accurate to say ‘*when*’ Kraven flops. Because aside from the “Venom” films, the Spider-Man spin-off universe has been doing really poorly.

There’s no Sony Universe. There’s only Venom universe. These movies are incredibly fun // dumb // cheesy.

100% that Sony will throw money at him, but I’m not sure if he’ll take it.
He’s had plenty of opportunities to cash in, but even with Venom, he doesn’t seem to work on anything he can’t find a way to make creatively interesting for himself.
I haven’t loved the Venom movies, but I’ll be there for the third one because he always brings something interesting to the table.

Depends on how much Venom 3 makes.
