A, this is weird as hell, but B, I’m not clear on why so many of these articles are totally ignoring the 45 day go-shop window in a sale that has had multiple interested bidders, at least one of which is already reviewing the books.

Wow, Para+ is sticking around? There’s a big ol’ surprise. I guess 71 million subscribers is its own form of success. Wonder if Skydance Animation will move from Netflix to it?
