It’s still in the generic hostless docu-format, absolutely not interested.

OG Unsolved Mysteries worked because it had multiple cases per episode, a host that treated every case with absolute sincerity and reverence regardless of how absurd it was, and an actual team that was eager to solve them. This was only possible when the show aired in primetime on actual television and had an actual call-center.

Dumping it out on streaming all at once with a lame “go to our shitty WordPress website if you have tips” boilerplate at the end isn’t solving shit, it has that icky voyeuristic feel that all modern true-crime content has.

  2. I’m glad they still do the supernatural ones. It looks like this one might be mothman? Unsure.

Have they done a mystery from so long ago before? Jack the Ripper is interesting, sure, but I honestly felt like I got the full picture from the [Lemmino video about the case.](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lADBHDg-JtA)

Will they be withholding information to make the “mysteries” more mysterious like they have in previous episodes? Like the girl on the train tracks and how they left out information that made suicide very obvious.
