Hit Man is not Oscar worthy AT ALL. It is a painfully overrated, mediocre movie. The plot is the most ridiculous shit I’ve seen in a long time. The leads have no romantic chemistry; they’re just hot people having sex. The ending is not earned. The phone notes scene is basic as hell and has been done in other movies and TV already.
Not one aspect of that movie deserves an Oscar worthy level of praise.

The leads have no romantic chemistry; they’re just hot people having sex. The ending is not earned. The phone notes scene is basic as hell and has been done in other movies and TV already.
Not one aspect of that movie deserves an Oscar worthy level of praise.
