Fuckin lol, D cinemascore incoming. Bottom three worst movie of the year imo, only in front of Madame Web and The Strangers.

  2. For reference, there ain’t no other film this year with just 1/2 star.

Even *Borderlands* and *The Crow* got 1 1/2 stars!

The movie sucks! We got free tickets because of the Atom deal and walked out an hour into this mess. Only, movie I’ve ever walked out. I’ve seen comments call it a big budget Neil Breen film and that’s about right.

  4. More info.

    > Who showed up last night for the Adam Driver, Aubrey Plaza, Jon Voight, Nathalie Emmanuel dystopian epic? Most men at 69% and a young audience with 64% under 25. Best grades, if you can call it that, were given by women over 25 (23% of the crowd) who gave it 50%.

  5. My outdated posttrak data – the worst % positive I’ve seen in 2018’s Slender man (38%) followed by Turning (41; 0.5 stars; 26% recommend), Empty Man (42; 25 recommend), separation (42;27), honk for Jesus (45;28), Firestarter (50;27), American Assassin (51/33) [insane outlier with a B+ cinemascore]. It’s much more common to get mid to high 50s.

Lowest “star” anecdotes – Grudge (started 0.5 ended with 0 stars after wk 2), Turning, Downhill (.5; ? positive; 19 recommend), Holmes & Watson (0.5;?;28), Cats (0.5; ?;30 – started 2 ended 0.5 stars), and Brahms: the Boy 2 (1 star; 24% recommend)

I really think this has a good chance of getting an F. Remember, cinemascore is more sensitive to negative than positive scores (Because default assumption is positive) and it seems like a whole lot of people are going to give it the lowest possible grade even if others give it a higher grade

Well, reports are saying that his net worth is $400 million and he risked $120 million of it for this. I guess to still be worth $280 million is a pretty good consolation. He probably won’t notice the difference.

  8. This might be almost as interesting to follow as Barbenheimer was. Has something like this ever happened before? Sheesh this is insane
