While I do think it’s important for public figures to use their platforms, Andrew Garfield is a pretty private guy, so it’s not like he’s out there posting on social media or doing a bunch of brand deals or anything.

Thing is, he’s not silent. He’s spoken many times on LGBT+ rights and against Trump. He’s spoken on gun control. He’s just not talking about it enough for her. She really just wants him to be her platform. It’s not like they have different views, he’s just not constantly speaking about politics.
