Omg that’s so scary, wishing the best for her and her family. I can’t imagine having to deal with all of that while keeping it a secret

Scary that it was so small it escaped detection in the physical exam. I’m glad she is well now and will echo that periodic screening is very important.

Oh wow, I’m so glad to hear she’s cancer free! I wasn’t aware there are different types of breast cancers. While her health is private, I’m happy she’s encouraging dialogue, especially during breast cancer awareness month.

I just saw her post on instagram; a bit ironic because the office was my comfort show during my chemo journey.
I’m so so glad she was caught at stage 1. Mine was stage 2B, so hovering close to that scary “3”, and like Jenna I was HER2+ so I needed 19 doses of Herceptin treatments. I was only 28 when diagnosed but now I am 30 and cancer-free!! I have to go for mammograms every 6 months for the rest of my life of course, and treatment was not easy, but I’m very glad and lucky to be here today.
Please do self-exams to feel for any unusual lumps/bumps that might be there and, if you are over 40, go for your scheduled mammograms!!

As a listener of the Office Ladies podcast, this is such a shock. She works so hard to execute each episode, and now hearing that she has been battling cancer throughout this process makes it all the more impressive. She is truly a pillar of strength and a great role model. Congratulations on beating cancer Jenna ❤️
