  1. So they are thinking about only doing 3 seasons? I’m ok with that. Was hoping for 4 or 5 though.

You have the whole series mapped out but aren’t sure if that includes a 3rd season? Something isn’t adding up here

  3. I’m so glad Apple has a little more confidence in their shows. If this was on Netflix, I’m sure it would’ve been cancelled.

I struggle to imagine how S1 can be topped but I’m cautiously optimistic to see where the story goes in S2.

  5. Season one may be my favorite piece of TV ever. It’s absolutely incredible. Cannot believe how good it was once I watched it.

  6. Season 3 is where it really cements its pop culture phenomenon status, during the next election cycle.

  7. One season was enough. Great series, don’t get me wrong. But some premises aren’t meant to be stretched into multiple seasons despite there always being loud fans who’ll scream for more. It’s art, not McDonalds

  8. I’d say it would be at least 5 seasons long just to keep my paycheck coming. Obviously the show needs to be good to get the green lights but these days who know?

AppleTV is seriously knocking it out of the park. They have so many great shows and other than Severance and Ted Lasso I never hear about them. Their quality seems much higher than other streaming services…

Slow Horses, Dark Matter, Sunny and Sugar were all really enjoyable. For All Mankind was great for 2 seasons and is still good but kind of slipped. I think I want to watch Bad Monkey or Silo next.

  10. am I remembering wrong or were they not writing season 2 and season 3 at the same time? it was in that long article about the dysfunction behind the scenes
