The money is for the flight, the entertainment is extra. You didn’t pay $1500 to watch TV in the sky. You paid $1500 to get from point A to point B. The $15 credit was a courtesy. Bring a book next time.

One of the only ways to get a response from airlines is to put your complaint onto public social media. This is an example of that broken system – I’m not going to trash Jessica for doing what pretty much all of us have been instructed to do to get any sort of resolution from an airline.
