Good. Loved the movie and my son and I had just finished the Second book before the movie came out. It was his first time at the theater and he was enthralled.
The second book is just as amazing and looking forward to seeing what they do with it.

there are 3 books of the wild robot and apparently the first wild robot movie covered the 1st book and parts of the 2nd

I know there are book sequels, but for fucksake, it would be nice if they let this movie be the brilliant work it is without immediately building a franchise.
This movie was Iron Giant good; neither masterpiece needs a sequel.

Was looking forward to this movie; my daughter more so since she loved the Iron Giant, but we both didn’t really like it at all.
Definitely check out the Iron Giant, much better film.
