Tentatively excited. He’s my favourite filmmaker but The Dead Don’t Die actually broke my heart from being so bad and I thought Tom Hiddleston utterly ruined Only Lovers Left Alive with his ACTING!!! Jarmusch really shines with natural casual actors and Hiddleston and Driver really aren’t that, but teaming up with Tom Waits again is encouraging. If this continues his streak of duds I’ll finally admit he might have lost his magic.
